Welcome Mirror Signage - 2025
This commissioned mirror sign was created as a personalized wedding welcome piece, featuring both English and Arabic calligraphy. Designed to honor the couple’s cultural background, the lettering brought together two languages in a way that felt balanced, elegant, and meaningful for their celebration.
Working on this piece pushed me to expand my hand-lettering skills, particularly in adapting to cultural typography and working across different scripts on a reflective surface. The project required careful planning, precision, and attention to detail to ensure both styles complemented each other while remaining clear and visually cohesive. It was a meaningful reminder of how custom signage can reflect not just the aesthetic of an event, but the identity and story of the people being celebrated.
Act of Unity Signage - 2025
For the Cunningham’s unity ceremony, a custom basketball hoop backboard was created to reflect something meaningful to their story. Since the groom is a basketball coach, this piece incorporated the game he loves into one of the most symbolic moments of their wedding day. The backboard was designed in classic black with simple white lettering that read “The Cunningham’s,” giving it a clean, bold look while still fitting the style of the celebration.
Instead of a traditional unity ritual, the couple shared a unique moment by cutting the strings of the basketball net together. The gesture symbolized the start of their new chapter and blended their personalities into the ceremony in a fun, memorable way. It was a personal touch that made the celebration feel even more like them.
Welcome Sign/ Bouquet Holder - 2025
This custom welcome sign was created for the Cunningham’s wedding, designed to warmly greet guests as they arrived to celebrate their big day. The freestanding sign board was thoughtfully built with a floral pocket at the base, allowing fresh arrangements to be placed directly into the structure and become part of the design. This detail added depth, texture, and a natural element that helped tie the signage seamlessly into the rest of the wedding décor. With its clean structure and soft florals flowing from the bottom, the sign created a beautiful first impression and set the tone for the celebration ahead. It served not only as a functional welcome piece but also as a statement décor element that blended elegance with a custom, handcrafted touch.
Last Swing - 2025
This custom sign was created for a bachelorette weekend with a fun pickleball theme. The design featured green lettering that read “Bri’s Last Swing Before the Ring,” displayed on a pink and white striped cloth draped over a wooden A‑frame. The bright colors and playful phrase perfectly matched the lighthearted, sporty vibe of the celebration.
The soft fabric added a relaxed, summery feel while the wooden frame kept the piece structured and easy to display. It served as a welcoming backdrop for the weekend’s festivities and a perfect photo spot for the bride and her friends as they celebrated her final swing before the ring.
Proposal Chalkboard - 2024
This piece was created as part of a heartwarming wedding proposal, commissioned by an aspiring groom with a sentimental story to tell. He wanted the artwork to beautifully capture the essence of their first date, which was spent watching a re-run of the beloved classic, E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial. Drawing inspiration from the iconic movie poster, I crafted a design that not only pays homage to the nostalgic visuals of the film but also weaves in elements that make the piece deeply personal and meaningful. To enhance the storytelling, I added playful typography and incorporated a film scroll, elegantly marking the special proposal date. The result is a visually engaging and emotionally rich artwork that reflects a timeless love story through the lens of a cinematic moment.
Illustrated Champagne Bottle - 2024
This custom champagne bottle illustration was a heartfelt gift for a bride-to-be. I hand-painted the couple’s beloved dog, proudly holding the ring box atop its head, surrounded by delicate white flowers that symbolize love and celebration. A unique and personal keepsake, blending whimsy and elegance, perfect for cherishing life’s special moments.
Bridal Shower Mirror - 2024
A little love, a little caffeine, and a lot of celebration. I designed this custom mirror sign for my sister’s bridal shower, themed “Love Is Brewing.” Since she’s a huge coffee lover, we leaned into warm coffee-inspired details to set the tone for the day. The mirrored surface adds a soft, elegant touch while reflecting the cozy, café-style vibe of the event. It was the perfect welcome piece to celebrate her next chapter because the best love stories, just like the best coffee, are meant to be savored.
Bloom Wedding Welcome Sign - 2023
The Bloom wedding was an unforgettable project that allowed me to bring a personal and artistic touch to their special day. I hand-painted their elegant welcome sign, serving as the first impression for guests as they arrived. To add charm and clarity to the seating arrangements, I carefully hand-lettered the details on a smaller mirror, designed to catch guests’ attention and guide them effortlessly. Additionally, I created a custom illustrated bar sign that showcased their selection of fun and unique beverages, adding a playful yet cohesive element to the evening’s atmosphere.
The Places We've Traveled Design - 2023
This charming and whimsical game card was created as part of a bridal shower activity designed to bring joy and excitement to the celebration. Inspired by the bride-to-be’s love for travel and her deep connection to the outdoors, this playful design incorporates a subtle nod to nature and the globe, reflecting their shared passion for exploring and adventure. Through thoughtful design choices and creative elements, the card serves as a personalized touch that resonates with the couple’s lifestyle and love story, while setting a cheerful and lively tone for the event.
3D Bouquet Holder - 2023

This project was inspired by a simple idea that turned into a creative endeavor. When my sisters and I set out to find a bouquet holder for the ‘build-your-own-bouquet’ party favors at her bridal shower, nothing on the market fit what we envisioned. Most options were generic, and I knew this moment deserved something special. So, I decided to create one myself…completely from scratch. Using only cardboard, painter’s tape, and plaster, I brought this idea to life through an inventive and hands-on process. You’ll find a collection of photos showcasing the journey of this project, along with a video link at the bottom that reveals the finished creation.
Elite Hoops Logo '22
During my 2022 summer internship, I designed a clean, impactful logo for ELITE HOOPS LLC, a local basketball company focused on training and developing athletes. The logo is simple yet effective, embodying the energy and professionalism of the brand while appealing to basketball enthusiasts.
The design emphasizes bold typography, with “ELITE HOOPS” as the centerpiece. The font conveys strength, precision, and modernity, reflecting the company’s commitment to excellence both on and off the court. A graphic basketball element is seamlessly integrated into the design, reinforcing the company’s identity and instantly communicating the focus of their services. The overall layout is clean and balanced, ensuring the logo is versatile for various applications, including apparel, social media, and promotional materials. This project allowed me to showcase my ability to create a logo that communicates a brand’s values while remaining visually appealing and functional for long-term use. The straightforward design gets the point across, making it both memorable and professional.
Paintings
These are a few of my past painting projects that showcase my exploration of different styles and inspirations. One of the featured pieces is a vibrant painting titled “Biggie” (2022), which was created as a thoughtful gift. For this artwork, I wanted to embrace bold, dynamic colors to honor and celebrate the iconic figure of Biggie Smalls, blending a sense of fun and energy with my love for expressive portraits. The vibrant palette captures both his charisma and the impact he left on music and culture, making this project both meaningful and memorable.
The second featured artwork, a nature-scene painting (2018), portrays the serene beauty of a weeping willow tree adorned with delicate pink blossoms. This piece was created on a spontaneous impulse, reflecting my appreciation for the harmony and tranquility found in nature. Through soft brushstrokes and subtle textures, I aimed to evoke a sense of calm and wonder, focusing on the peaceful allure of natural elements.
