3D Bouquet Holder Process

A build-your-own bouquet station needed a display that felt handmade, sturdy, and easy for guests to use without relying on an off-the-shelf prop.

The piece began as a practical event problem: guests needed a place to choose and hold flowers while building their bouquets. Cardboard, painter's tape, and plaster turned into a tiered holder sized around floral buckets and cut openings.

Keeping the build visible in the portfolio adds a fabrication view of how a personal event idea can move from rough structure to a polished, user-friendly station.

Rough build to finished surface

The structure was taped, reinforced, and surfaced so the final station could hold multiple flower varieties while still looking soft enough for the shower table.
